GENERATORS

Two of the new generators bought last year have developed problems in less than a year. If public funds are to be used, we should get equipment that last or is it human error?

RENEWABLE ENERGY

According to EPC’s Annual Report 2019-2020, 45 per cent of electricity was generated from renewable energy. Looks like a second opinion is needed on that figure.

SHORTAGE

Potatoes and onions are out of stock. It is time to replace them with local substitutes. That would be a good idea if locally grown vegetables were plenty in supply.

OTHER ITEMS

Food items are not the only things to run out. Medicine such as Panadol cannot be found in pharmacies. Antiseptics cream Savlon is also out of stock and there is a shortage of equipment at the hospital as well.

QUIET

Our friends of the stars and stripes diplomatic post have been quiet. Since the change in administration, not much activity has been seen from them. We hope they stay on and not get cancelled by their leader.

STOP IT

The pageant is over can people with IQs below 25 stop fighting? The two contestants were seen together shedding tears as they departed showing the bond forged. Meanwhile, some people still don’t get it.
