LEAKING

The newly built $25 million regional airport developed serious leaks from what was shown in a video where a worker constantly mopped the floor to keep it dry. The building is just three months old.

BACKFIRED

It was surprising to see that the main instigator in the petition to remove the leader of the nation had not signed the petition. A smart politician.

SINKING

One of the three ships that caught fire at the Salelologa Wharf in Savaii is not partially submerged. Fuel and other pollutants remain in it and looks like it will sink in a week.

POLICE CHASE

A few police chases were witnessed on the weekend as police tried to stop speeding cars. Speed cameras would easily solve this issue without burning much fuel.

ACCIDENT

Luckily, there were no serious injuries after a blue Nissan Xtrail took a few tumbles on the main highway in Vaitele after losing control. Police and emergency were quick to the scene.
