Between the Lines

DUTY TRAVEL

It seems that the prime minister is out of the country just weeks before the CHOGM. The United Nations General Assembly is meeting in New York this week. This is an important meeting too.

POWER

Residents in Lotofaga are unhappy with the constant disruptions in power. They have received no answers from EPC despite several electrical goods being damaged.

DEATH PROBE

Speaking of EPC, what has happened to the investigation of the death of the linesman two months ago? Hopefully, a report has been submitted to the Coroner.

GUNS

Do you still have illegal firearms or the need to renew your gun license? The gun amnesty ends next Monday. It would be great to know how many and what type of guns have been turned in.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If your food is great but your customer service sucks, you will end up driving customers away. A lesson to some eateries who employ rude and not-so-friendly staff.

UPDATE

Just three weeks left for CHOGM. There needs to be another round of updates to let people know what is happening and the need to tell how the King’s visit will work during the busy week.
