Hearing the siren yesterday from the tsunami drill in Apia, despite the heavy rain, was music to the ears of all first responders as it confirmed the gadgets work. 

BELOVED

But not all civil servants returned to work after the drill, forcing a CEO to post an appeal on his Facebook page at 3 pm yesterday for his “beloved” staff to go back!

Cases of foreigners using locals are on the rise, enabling them to evade strict business laws. Yesterday one was seen with a new local spouse.
