Ever been poured a cup of beer just for it to be mostly foam?
Well, that is a problem of the past.
Thanks to Taula’s new reverse tap, every pour is the right drop.

It is the latest technology out of South Korea, which uses a specially designed cup placed on top of the platform and the beer spurts up from the bottom in less than 30 seconds.
The result is a beautifully crafted cup of beer.
Taula’s Commercial Manager Mahendra (Mike) Mahimkar said the invention is Taula’s response to demands.
“Usually at major events there’s constant, fast demand,” he said.
“With this is sort of pouring, froth and no control.
“This machine is a programmed piece of technology. Everything is programmed in there.
“You can programme how much, say you want to fill a 300 mil or 400 mil or larger. You can even programme how much head you want. Head means foam on the top.
“Head is good because it protects the beer from getting oxidized. Taste of the beet changes very quickly when it’s exposed to air. The head is CO2 on the top protects the beer.”
The reverse tap can be programmed to fulfill “cultural” drinking norms.
“In England they don’t like head. In England they are very stingy, ‘I want my glass full.’ Samoans are the same, ‘Fill it up, you’re cheating me’.”
“When you see it, the glass perfectly measured to Samoan mentality. But say, if you’re German, it has to be two fingers head.”
Samoa is one of the first in the Pacific and in the world to utilize this technology.
“This is the latest technology, its only in Tahiti and Samoa. Even Fiji doesn’t have it.
Many people in Europe have not seen it. It is more an even dispensing system.”
