Collision at Vaitele intersection

Two Hiace Vans collided at the four corner intersection at Vaitele-fou yesterday.
According to witnesses, both drivers were taken to the hospital for medical checkup.
The crash caused traffic delay for about 30 minutes.
Fire Emergency Services Authority personnel, Police Officers, Electricity Power Corporation responded to the accident.
Police Officers were seen taking information from the bystanders at the area of the scene. One bystander told the Samoa Observer the vehicles did not stop at the stop sign causing the cars to collide head on.
