SMASHED: Traffic came to a stand still at Lalovaea yesterday when this vehicle slammed into another vehicle on the four-lane road.

When the Samoa Observer arrived at the scene, the other vehicle involved had already left but the Police were there to control traffic.  A Police officer told the Samoa Observer that the combination of speed and a slippery road did not help. He urged members of the public to please take extra care especially in the slippery conditions.
