Encourage competition

Re: For the intelligence of loyalty, what’s best for the consumer counts

Well said. The comments made by the Minister are not only irresponsible, but are weak and feeble, they come across as ill-informed and ignorant.

$3,000 for a one way fare?

Get off the grass mate! It almost seems that he is concocting premature and forlorn excuses for an impending failure?

Competition to increase the number of flights to and from Samoa is a step in the right direction. The public’s discretionary dollar will be better spent and the potential for increased volumes of visitors bade well for tourism growth.

Providing service above expectation at a fair cost (and a genuine smile), is achievable whether you have 25 planes or just the one.

Focus on making Samoa Airways a unique and memorable experience that is truly Samoan and making sure it is in accordance with good governance.

That’s what the focus should be on, not moaning about someone else doing it? Just saying.
