The right place to settle this mess

Dear Editor,

Re: It is within his rights to sue S.R.U.

The Court is the right forum to end this arduous and hideous saga for this son of Samoa.

And I hope Fuimaono will take the matter to Court to have the closure once and for all to put it to rest.

It is the second time Fuimaono Titimaea Tafua had encountered the rough end of the stick from Samoa Rugby Union.

First in 2011 when Manu Samoa was doing really well during the Rugby World Cup being held in Auckland, New Zealand where Manu Samoa had reached number 7th in the world.

This time as Head Coach again, rescued Manu Samoa as it being teetering on the brink of not making the pensive 2019 Japan repertoire of the rugby elite showcase.

When Namula’ulu Alama Ieremia resigned, Manu Samoa was at its current abysmal world ranking of 15th and not sure whether to qualify for Japan 2019.

However Fuimaono Titimaea Tafua took over the reign against the grain, climbed the mountain in snow wind and rain hence managed to qualify the national team for Japan 2019, then Samoa Rugby Union sacked him?

If I ask whether Samoa Rugby Union is out of its mind then I am living in lala land. But I would rather acknowledge the truth, Samoa Rugby Union lives in lala land not me. Hence I am very happy that my conscious is sound.

How dare this cynical, eclectic, and lackadaisical one can cope with, when all had thought Manu Samoa is in good and capable hands of a Samoa speaking local Head Coach to nurture the team through the patchy road to Japan 2019?

The Samoa Rugby Union have no guts to stand up to the disdain northern hemisphere puppet masters.
