EDINBURGH, Scotland (AP) — Glasgow clubmates Pete Horne and Nick Grigg are at flyhalf and center for Scotland against France in Six Nations rugby this weekend in Paris.

They were among four injury-enforced changes on Thursday.

Horne was in for Finn Russell, who was concussed while playing for his Racing 92 club in France last weekend, and Grigg appears for Huw Jones, who injured his knee in the 22-13 loss to Ireland 11 days ago.

Horne, a center, hasn't appeared at flyhalf for Scotland since 2017. His 39 caps of experience were preferred to the more natural flyhalf Adam Hastings, who has eight caps. Grigg last appeared for Scotland in June, at outside center beside Horne in a win against the Pumas in Argentina.

In place of fullback Stuart Hogg, sidelined by a shoulder injury in the same game, was Blair Kinghorn, who scored three tries off the wing for Scotland against Italy but will wear No. 15 this time, as he does for Edinburgh.

Another Edinburgh player, flanker Magnus Bradbury, was the only change in the forwards for Ryan Wilson, who has a knee injury. Bradbury was another who hasn't appeared for Scotland since June.

They are tasked with beating France in Paris for the first time in 20 years.

"Like France, we, too, are coming off the back of a defeat and want to show a better picture of ourselves and play closer to our potential," coach Gregor Townsend said.
