Digicel rewarded fifteen of its top resellers at its headquarters at the S.N.P.F. Plaza on Thursday.

The event, which also marked the end of an incentive based initiative with resellers, saw the reseller representatives walk away with prizes worth of over $30,000.

Prizes included and varied from 49 and 50 inches Samsung Smart TVs, to fridges, washing machines and air condition units.

Digicel Samoa’s Chief Executive Officer, Farid Mohammed, said their resellers are very important to their business.

“We are here today to basically show our appreciation and acknowledge the hard work and support that they provide to Digicel. They represent a very important part of our business and they play a huge role in the success of our business and more importantly our customers,” he said.

Helen of KK Mart was among the resellers rewarded.

“We are very happy to receive these amazing prizes from Digicel! These incentives continue to encourage us as business owners to be even better at what we do in our service to the public and our customers, so it’s great! The prizes are amazing and are things that we can use in our everyday lives,” she said.

The event was also a chance to introduce Mark Witthuhn, who will be replacing Deepak Khanna in his role as Chief Customer Officer.

“If you wish to become a Digicel reseller please call 123 from your Digicel number or 7720000 for non-Digicel users to speak with a Customer Care Agent. For more information, Visit the Digicel Samoa Facebook page or www.digicelgroup.com”
