Two vehicles collided at the intersection at Siusega around 11 o’clock yesterday.

The black Toyota Noah was coming from Aleisa heading to Apia and the black Hiace minivan was on its way to Siusega when the crash occurred.

According to an eyewitness, Paulo, the Toyota Noah was driven by a man and was carrying a few passengers, including an elderly man.

Paulo said the Toyota Noah failed to stop at the intersection when it smashed onto the minivan, which was also driven by another man.

The Sunday Samoan arrived a few minutes after the accident occurred before officers from the Samoa Fire and Emergency Services Authority arrived at the scene.
