Ace of Clubs going Aces

Ever wonder about where in Samoa can you find another place to just sit and relax while catching up with your friends over a few drinks?

Ace of Clubs opens up new excitements for your life and one of them is a newly opened V.I.P. room called ‘Shakerz Chillax Lounge’ just on the side.

The new décor of the lounge room together with the music provided makes you feel alive and at the same time, makes you feel far away from the reality you live everyday.

While most bars and clubs in Samoa close until the weekend, Shakerz Chillax opens on Wednesdays and this is a good place and time for you to bring your girlfriends in for a night out, sipping on some $10-00 cocktails and $8-00 shots for Wednesdays Girls Night Out specials.

Shakerz Chillax Lounge will definitely give you an experience like no other.

This initiative came to show when new owner and General Manager, Priscilla Chewlit took over the management of Ace of Clubs with her husband Junior, in mid- February.

Priscilla took over with new ideas and changes already planned for the club.

The club had to be closed for two weeks due to renovations, recruiting of new employees and new pricing strategy for the liquors.

So yes, you don’t have to buy a $30 tala jug anymore. Get one with just $25!

Spokesperson and supervisor Shalamayne Rankin said: “Everything’s changed.

“We want to deliver good customer experience and a fun night to remember.

“Shakerz Chillax Lounge aims to give its customers the best night club in all different ways: luxury, atmosphere, entertainment, service and people.”

The best part about Ace of Clubs is the new kind of fun they’re bringing and it’s called T.G.I.F. (Thank God It’s Friday) which of course happens every Friday from 7:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. where you get a bucket of six beers for $20, a Vailima jug for $15 and $8 mix drinks.

If you go on time, you don’t need to worry about cover charge. Aces right?

The building was just an old Marist School Building, it started with just Ace of Clubs, a bar and a restaurant.

So far, a lot has changed over the last three years in that building.

Not only Priscilla Chewlit and her partner Junior (owners of JP’s Bar and JP’s Gym), recently took over the ownership and management for Ace of Clubs, but also other new businesses have been set up in the same compound.

But this is not one Chewlit success, all of the businesses at the Ace of Clubs compound are owned by Priscilla’s other siblings with their partners.

Check out Nourish Café for their local organic food; get a new hairdo at Paradise Hair Salon, and when in need of rental car for a beach trip, swing by to see Ben and Jordan Chewlit at Juliana’s Rental & Car dealer.

They are just one big family, with different businesses, growing in different directions to help the economy of Samoa.
