What a joke! 

This sentence is no deterrent for drinking and driving and killing someone and leaving them to die on the side of the road. 

I’m sorry but regardless of this young man being a first offender he is a first degree murderer. 

It is time Samoa adopt an absolute zero tolerant approach to drinking and driving. If the lawmakers don’t this will happen more and more. 

Must we wail until some drunk driver murders the lawmakers child, grandchild, spouse or parent, then I’m sure they will take this problem seriously. 

I’m afraid to be out on the street or in a car after dark, especially on a Friday or Saturday night in Samoa. 

The roads are full of drunk drivers speeding and driving under the influence. This is a national disaster
