Be enlightened

Re: M.P. in bar row

You may think that I’m a fool but we have laws for everyone to obey and no one is above the law even if you’re the Chairman or members of the board.

The reason why I’m replying to you is to bring you a little bit of light to your eyes and see what’s happening because I’m sure you’re too young to understand all these politics but it may be a good experience for you in the future.

This is what happened. The fight didn’t take place on the bnb premises but on the public road.

Also it happened when the bar was closed that night.

As per our Constitution every citizen of Samoa is eligible to a FAIR TRIAL unfortunately the Liquor board has failed to implement that vital part of the process.

I have never been summoned to tell my side for the purpose of fair justice.

I feel for the board members because most of them are inexperienced matais who gave full support to H.R.P.P M.P.s during the previous election.

The Board has deliberately ruined my business, my Constitutional right to a fair trial for the second time and most importantly no one understands about NATURAL JUSTICE.

A good example for this is the case between Rev. Kerita Reupena and E.F.K.S Committee.

Please read that ruling from the Court and I hope you can understand. Now sit back and enjoy how the fool deals with this matter.
