Man’s best friend still targeted

Congratulations to lawyer Dr Manu Tupou-Roosen for taking the top job at the Forum Fisheries Agency (F.A.A.) in Honiara. The Tongan national was the legal counsel at the secretariat in the Solomon Islands before her elevation.
