Samoa Stationery and Books  (S.S.A.B.) will host a “golden carnival” event tomorrow to mark the company’s 10-year anniversary.

The goal of the event is to invite the children of Samoa to go and have fun with S.S.A.B. on their tenth birthday, and on top of that support the work of the Samoa Victim Support Group Juniors.

This is according to S.S.A.B.’s marketing manager, Asomua Anastasia Stanley, in an interview with the Samoa Observer.

“With S.S.A.B.’s Golden Carnival, we are inviting all the people, especially the children because we know that there is going to be a lot of specials going on this Saturday. The parents will be occupied, they will be in the store and the kids would want to go have fun.”

The event is jointly hosted by S.S.A.B. and the Miss Samoa Faafafine Association 2018-2019.

“We specifically hosted S.S.A.B.’s Golden Carnival for its tenth Golden years to initiate a promise for the benefits of our young sisters and brothers in SVSG Juniors.”

The S.S.A.B. organisation invites local talents for the special entertainments of the day such as the Dance Group, Le Tiumasalasala Dance Theater and Numia Viliamu and the team.

There will also be live entertainment by the talented singers, James Vito and Nisarn Aitui and LAKI.J.

The event is also the stationery company’s contribution to the local talent as they will be paid as a token of appreciation. Their performance will also give the local singers and dancers exposure to the wider world.

The event will be held at the Megastore Togafu’afu’a tomorrow from 10am to 2pm and is free.
