I hope to get a job so I can support my family.

Fesuia’i Fagavili of Afega is the breadwinner for his family of four.

He financially supports his family by utilizing the land.

“I don’t have a job, but I am providing for my family through my plantation,” Fesuia’i said.

“I am looking for another job that will add to the money I make from selling bananas, yams, and avocado.”

Fesuia’i said his family lived a simple life, but when family occasions kicked in, the need for a job was paramount.

“If it is just basic Samoan dish of taro and coconut cream with tea, it will be alright, but when funeral and other stuff arise, that’s when I really need a job to help my mother.”

Fesuia’i said if he was able to get another job then it would ease financial burdens for him and his family.

Fesuia’i is hoping to secure employment soon. If you can help Fesuia’i, contact him on 725-8897.
