All is well that ends well. That was the spirit at the Methodist Au-uso Fealofani’s (Council of Methodist Women’s) conference which ended yesterday.

To do everything out of love was the theme of the meeting.

One of the delegates believes it is a year to remember for most of them.

“This year has been a mind-blowing experience; there are so many people that have travelled miles to attend,” she said.

“I believe everyone values the journey and the sweat of many that has been invested into the church to make it grow. Everything that we do is for the love of the cross.

“It is like sailing in the deep ocean, everything that we do we must practice love. Take love out of the bible then it will just be a moral book.

“I don’t want to be a complacent Christian because we need to occupy all streets with the word, why should we withhold the love of Christ when it has done so much for all of us.”

There have been many highlights of the conference for her.

“The meeting has been spiritually uplifting; it started from our prayer meetings early in the mornings since our gathering started.

“There was one mother from Aleipata who was honoured; she reached the age of 101.”
