Help the helpless

Re: Lawyer calls for review of judgment debt

About time, malo Su’a!

Where’s the justice in locking up people who took that small amount in addition interest of whatever percent yet after those eight weeks you come back and still have to pay such amount.

Time to help the helpless!

When every other major case you get convicted and fined, sentenced to imprisonment etc and that’s the end of it yet these minor cases come back to more heavy burden.

Look at other ways to get your money back or cut the interest down so people can pay back your money.

We can’t stop faalavelave and every other commitment that we face as Samoans.

Time for Banking institutions to look at reducing your interest rates (law amendment to a certain amount) to help people help themselves...too selfish the way I see it… it’s sickening.
