Two sisters from New Zealand are having the time of their lives in Samoa.

Kirby and Brittany took the trip to Samoa to take a break before reality kicks in.

Their search for peace and great atmosphere was what Samoa provided for them.

Speaking to the Dear Tourist team they said they have nothing to complain about because the trip has been great.

“We arrived on Sunday and this is my second time here, but it is the first time for Kirby. We both work back home and we just wanted to take a break which is why we are here,” Brittany shared.

“Taking a break from our daily job is good and especially when it is a bit cold in New Zealand, so we are just relaxing and it has been good to be here.”

Exploring an island couldn’t be any better when you have your sister as your travel buddy.

“We have actually just  been relaxing, did not really do much. We have not been doing much and that is fine with us.

“We enjoy the sunshine and each other’s company. We are just going to be relaxing on our last day and then hop on the plane tomorrow (today),” said Kirby.

They have seen the Piula Cave Pools, but for them the highlight of their trip was the Ladies’ Night at the Taumeasina Island Resort.

“The people have been lovely and the services here at Taumeasina are really good. The Ladies’ Night was very entertaining and we enjoyed that. It was so fun.

“We went to Scalini’s which was awesome, then we went out this one day and it has been great. We just feel so relaxed and it was just what we needed. Just sitting under the hot summer sun and I can’t complain.

“We did take a walk around the flea market, it was busy and hot.”

The sisters agreed they would return for more.
