More than 20 Police officers were called to a family dispute where gunshots were fired yesterday afternoon in Apia.

An email with questions was sent to the Ministry of Police.

The Police Commissioner’s Secretary Jane Masina said she would forward it to the Assistant Police Commissioner Monalisa for a response.

“I will forward email for Monalisa for our usual process and send it back to you latest tomorrow,” said Ms. Masina.

But according to a family member, Limutau Seipua Misa, the dispute which led to the gunshots was the result of a long-standing family matter.
